Find site a bit difficult at times, almost too much to choose from. Don't find recommendations from other buyers useful, like the expert opinions have learnt over the years which ones match my taste.
The one to one catch up service seems to have fallen off lately, of no use sending an email to say Winesale hasn't heard from me lately then not replying to queries.
In the past I would get a phone call or email when something I frequently ordered was available or going on special this seems to have stopped. Overall a good selection and timely delivery.
