Made an online order, but when checking out, the site would not accept / recognise the gift code I'd entered. I rang the customer service line and the problem was dealt with quickly, efficiently, and professionally by Winesale's representative. Follow up service was also good. I received the delivery two days later! Can't fault these guys: great work!
