I always place my order by phone. Last week I was pleased to see a "must have" wine advertised ans attempted to make phone contact, unsuccessfully. I was delighted to receive a phone call a couple of hours later asking for my reason for calling. I received a dozen bottles within 4 days. WELL DONE!
