Ordered goods which after nearly a week had not been received. Company confirmed that they had been sent and asked me to wait a little longer. When still no delivery was told courier (Hermes) could not trace the package. Was asked if I wanted a refund or a new delivery. I requested new parts as I needed them quickly and then later that day Hermes delivered . Very poor service and I am not convinced who was at fault. Wiper blades seem OK but I am very sceptical
