I am very happy with both future and dark spot formula from Agency. Communication with a service provider was quick and flawless. I like that they suggest adjusting formula before every shipping depending on the skin progress. The bottles are very sturdy and have a high-quality pump. Over three month I got less hormone induced acne on my chin and if I got a couple of pimples they tended to go away faster. The dark spot formula helped me get rid of one spot that had been with me for a few years. It also helped to fade a couple of particularly dark freckles. A little goes a long way - I didn't even finish the first bottle. I recommend trying Agency and I will be resubscribing once I get through my stack of avid treatments.
