I received this complimentary for my review and honest opinion. Firstly, Agency really impressed me from the beginning. They have fantastic communication, and excellent follow through with the entire process. Their customer service was top notch, and I really appreciate the way they continuously stay in contact. Their delivery was quick, well packaged and the product was nice. I enjoy the idea of having a formula custom made just for me. Many other products out there are very generalized and therefore don’t work. I do feel that after testing this product, it did make some differences in my skin, but I didn’t notice any dramatic changes. This is not necessarily due to the product. I believe that skincare is tricky… it takes time, and repetition, and everyone’s skin is very different. Overall, I would recommend this product!
