The process was step by step and easy to follow. I liked the info that was provided to me based on personal input I gave. Shipments were on time and packaging was sleek and easy to use. I also liked how well the products worked with my other skincare products. I am ultimately disappointed in the effectiveness of the duo even though it was tailored to me. I diligently used both products for 3+ months and only missed 2 days of applications. My acne was mild to begin with but got worse as I used it. For the third whole month, I got more pimples, red patches and lots of itchiness all around the edges of my face. None of my dark spots faded and only 2-3 spots on my upper lip lightened the tiniest bit. I got more dark spots and a few darkened even.
