I like that they would I grease the strength each month. Products were easy to use with simple instructions.
However I alerted the dermatologist of a chronic skin condition and it was totally Ignored when creating my “special formula” Kojic acid flares perioral dermatitis and my product had kojic acid in it, so I had to discontinue use after my PD flaring up.
