I’ll start by saying I don’t have super sensitive skin. I’m experienced using acids and peels as a part of my daily routines but this was my first time time using retinols. I loved it. I experienced dry and flaky skin at first which quickly went away but that’s to be expected as well as a brief purging period. I found the derm to be extremely communicative. I did ask for some specific ingredients to be included in my formula that I knew my skin responds well to and that was always accommodated. I always got emails asking for skin check in’s and if I wanted to change the formula between each shipment and they were able to answer all my questions. If people had an issue with how their skin was reacting to the products they should have said something. My ONLY grievance with this is that the dark spot formula runs out way quicker than the future formula since you are supposed to use it twice a day. They shouldn’t be the same size bottle for this reason. You should get a larger bottle of the future formula. I did receive this product for a 3 month trial period and I did renew my subscription on my own. I love having less products to apply and it’s all combined in one as well as the convenience of not having to go to the doc for these ingredients.
