I have been using the Agency Future Formula for over a year. I was already on .025 tretinoin prior to starting, so they started me on .035 with niacamide, azelaic acid, and trans acid due to my history of rosacea. I have gotten responses when I have questions and they have slowly increased me up to .1 tretinoin. My skin looks great and I now regularly get compliments. I am 49 with fine lines and some uneven texture. No acne.
