The recently stop sending pre auto ship reminder email which i used previously to delay my shipment as the product take a bit of time to use. This time I get the reminder email and didn't know that the CHARGE and SHIP until I got a fedex tracking notification from fedex. I try reaching out to them ASAP and yeah got the standard can't cancel, no refund message. Don't shop with them they will kept charging and sending you stuff till your skin crack and drain your saving out.
