It is hard to cancel with them, which is one concern. My biggest concern however is that when my box came, it included three products, yet the documentation that came along with it referenced a 4 step routine which included a dark spot corrector. "This wasn't in there. I contacted Agency, and their response was If you'd like, you can request the Dark Spot Formula here." Also, good luck getting a refund from them.
