My issue is that the product they send you is supposed to last you two months. I use mine every day and I don’t get two months out of it. I end up running out about a week before my order goes in. That’s the other issue.
Once your order goes in, you get an email saying that it’s being shipped but 10 days later, you still don’t have a tracking number nor do you have your product.
This is a huge customer disservice. They need to upgrade the shipping to priority so that when the product gets ordered, it goes out the next day. I find myself having to wait two or three weeks between applications because I run out of product before I’m supposed to, and then it takes forever to get my order.
I just changed my next months subscription to order a week prior than it should, to see if that curbs it, but I’m probably gonna end up giving up on this company, because waiting two or three weeks in between product, seems counterproductive
