DON'T DO IT! I used agency for 7+ months. At first, I thought the increase in my severe breakouts was purging, but my skin only got worse, with deep cystic acne all over my cheeks. I had been on high concentration tretinoin before, so it never crossed my mind that the product was CAUSING the issues. Despite me reporting worsening acne during my monthly check ins, the "certified specialists" continued to encourage me to use the product and to add benzoyl peroxide to my routine. I finally saw a real derm who suggested that the additional ingredients or compounded formulations of the Agency Future Formula may be causing my acne, and after stopping use of the product three weeks ago my skin is already looking better. I now have multiple large scars on my cheeks from the acne caused by Agency products, and when I tried to pursue a full refund due to their negligence, they refused. Do yourself a favor and see a real dermatologist. Agency Skincare is a scam.
