I am shocked at the negative reviews. First of all, when starting a new skin care system especially with tretinoin you have to ease into it. It is common to be flaky at first that’s why you use it 1-2 days a week at first.
I am 55yrs old and I’ve been using Agency over 2yrs and I love it. Absolutely love it.
And customer service has been easy for me not sure why some of you are saying it’s horrible. I log in and send a direct message to them and they respond in 24hrs.
I apply the future formula that has tretinoin 5 days a week.
