I’ve had a subscription with Agency for about 8 months and I love it. I had oily, textured skin with occasional breakouts. After starting the future formula, the breakouts are gone. Hallelujah! I like the cleanser and moisturizer duo. It’s reasonably priced and my skin responds well to it. I’ve also found the ordering system very user friendly. I get a notice before the next order is placed and have a chance to go in and make changes. Then it shows up at my door. Honestly, such a breeze. I see a lot of negative reviews because people experienced skin peeling. I did to and I messaged the dermatologist. They advised it was because of the tretinoin and gave me tips for easing into it. I haven’t had problems since, except for a week where I was lazy and didn’t put on my spf. Definitely wear spf with tretinoin, even in cloud weather!
