Customer service, if you can call it that, is horrible. I was charged in late November for my shipment. By mid-December I started asking where it was. They don’t have a phone number. If you need help you have to use their online form. No one ever answers that. I finally contacted PayPal, who contacted them. They told PayPal it was shipped and gave a shipping number for UPS, even though they later said DHL lost it. When I finally figured out how to contact them via text they confirmed shipment was lost, but they wouldn’t give me a refund unless I dropped the dispute with PayPal. They finally made an exception and gave me a refund after PayPal closed the dispute without following through on their side. Agency acted like they were doing me a favor by refunding me for their lost shipment. Don’t do it!
