After my trial, i just didn't like what it was doing to my skin. I tried to cancel and they said it was already shipped and i can't return it. I said ok I'll try it again. I sent an email about 3 weeks ago to cancel because i couldn't do it online. After I tried to log in, it goes straight to the original skin questions. there was no "My Account" to go into.
I never heard back from my email. Then they tried to charge my card again! I sent them another email. No reply. I'm on my 3rd time now. They tried another 3 times to charge my card.
Lack of customer service is a huge part of your business and they do not have it!
