I love their products I hardly use the personalized cream it didn’t agree with my skin but I loved the face wash and their moisturizer always run out using a tiny pea size amount furthermore I had a problem with their billing they are supposed to send your products every 60 days which is fine but I was charged for 2 months in a row and they do not have record of one of the charges and replied via text which is shady and said it must be due to my bank so I stopped the billing and will no longer be ordering their products
