I decided to give them a try and do their trial. The target area is that I’ve focused on for my skin care. They completely ignored and didn’t send me anything for those areas i.e. the eyes. The response was that I could have the eye cream included in my next order. Basically meeting purchase it. The trial. Is to trial the product that I wanted to try and I didn’t. They were forcing me into buying it. It was my only option. Upon contacting them, I feel they should’ve offered me to have the eye cream to trial considering they messed up in the first place, but they didn’t and my subscription is now canceled and not going to use them for my skin care needs
