I ordered phone parts and adding express shipping 7-10 days option. 14 days later I emailed about a week later the reply was that they were closed for Chinese New Year. Ok. About 6-7 days later I emailed and asked for an update. 2 days later they tell me that it is ready to be shipped. So I asked for a refund. The next day they tell me it is shipped, the day after that they tell me they can't refund because it's been shipped. I escalated it with PayPal. They got back to me and said they had it intercepted and will refund me when it gets back to me. It ended up being a part refund.
