“I ordered phone parts and adding express shipping 7-10 days option.
14 days later I emailed about a week later the reply was that they were closed for Chinese New Year. Ok. About 6-7 days later I emailed and asked for an update. 2 days later they tell me that it is ready to be shipped. So I asked for a refund. The next day they tell me it is shipped, the day after that they tell me they can't refund because it's been shipped. I escalated it with PayPal. They got back to me and said they had it intercepted and will refund me when it gets back to me. It ended up being a part refund.”

Once I changed the screen, everything seemed to work well, and it wasn't until the next day that I noticed all of the colours don't work when I lower my phone brightness to 30% or less. You can hardly see a thing.
I emailed them and they simply told me I didn't install it correctly and they simply offered me a 10% discount to order a new screen. No thanks.
I decided to just live with it, without ever being able to put my phone brightness down.
Fast forward to about 4 months later - I woke up this morning to find that overnight my screen developed a big bright green pixel line going through the entire screen vertically.
Stay away from this company and their products! I regret buying from them sooooo much!”
“Some time ago I ordered an "OEM battery" for my Oneplus 5t. But there were some problems:
1. The package took more than 3 months to arrive (but it was stated that delivery time will be no more than 30 days).
2. New battery is about 0.5 mm thicker than the original one. And it makes it impossible to install into a phone. I even couldn't connect the flex cable which should go above the battery.
3. And now, when I asked for refund (and attached clear photos of a problem), they say that "thickness of batteries may vary", "maybe you installed it wrong", etc. Also they tried to know IMEI number of my phone, which is unsafe to disclose.
Conclusion.
Avoid this site. It sells non-OEM products as OEM, shipping costs a lot and is very slow, and when there is something wrong with the items, you will never get a refund.”

I ordered the OEM version especially. But I received the CUSTOM version. This is unacceptable. I want a full or partial refund for this item.

The picture in your website shows the original frame sticker, which has additional stickers for earpiece and earpiece frame. I received a CUSTOM frame sticker with no earpiece and frame stickers. That was one and only reason why I bought from you guys, because you showed the full original sticker in your website, but sent me the cheap knockoff lcd frame sticker only. I already have lots of local sellers here that sells this lcd frame sticker, but I bought from you because you put the picture of original sticker (which also includes earpiece stickers)
3 : Ultra-thin Opening Card 5pcs/set Blue
While I was purchasing, the website was showing a different product, a white and quality looking plastic card, that's why I bought it from you. But I received the cheap plastic thin cards instead. (You already updated the pictures in your website so I cannot show you the old one)
Overall, I am completely disappointed with your attention and meticulousness, and I will never shop from you again, it is so sad that I had such high expectations from you since you looked like a decent and reliable shopping place.

I have made an order, but did not get any receipt or confirmation. When I checked the order status on their webpage it was not shipped after a whole week since the payment. They ignore my emails too.”
“Scam. Placed an order, it's been stuck at Chinese customs for a month, they shipped it from China despite implying and offering European shipping (which I selected) and now don't respond to emails. Complete and utter scam. Avoid.”

Then conveniently blamed everything on mishandling. I lost my money, not a single solution was offered. They might send the parts, but If there is an issue expect nothing from this company.
