I absolutely love my vest! I’ll be 58 in June and was lifting regularly to keep in shape but felt there were body parts being neglected. Since January receiving my vest in January of 2025, I’ve been wearing it at work up to eight hours for five nights a week. 20lb, 30lb, 40lb , 52lbs. My body is experiencing incredible changes. I only wish their plates went higher in weight because I’ve now double stacked them to reach 52lbs. It’s incredible to watch my body adapt as weight is added. I spend very little time actually lifting weights lately.
