“I order a bag. Saw that my credit card had a different ship to address after the order processed. I emailed several times immediately and requested a change to the shipping address. They didn’t respond to the request until days later and when it was too late. Now arranging for a neighbor to pick it up and send it to a different address. It was a hassle.”

“I ordered one set of weights and received two sets, same weight different color and also was charged for protection during mailing. Didn’t catch it until after ordered. Did not see it when I selected checking. Bill was a little less than $100 and was charged over $200. Not cool.”

“Very disappointed. The belt strap on the vest snapped the first day I took it out of the box. I contacted customer service right away and have sent three emails with no response. The product quality is poor, and the lack of customer support has been even more frustrating. I would not recommend purchasing from this company.”

“I placed my order but for some reason it was shipped to an address I haven't used in five years. Within 5 minutes of placing the order I had discovered this and tried to contact you to give the correct shipping address. Crickets from your end. Now the package has been 'delivered' and someone else is enjoying my belt. Never again.”
