“I still have not received my entire order. Today I received the vest but no weight plates”

“I ordered one set of weights and received two sets, same weight different color and also was charged for protection during mailing. Didn’t catch it until after ordered. Did not see it when I selected checking. Bill was a little less than $100 and was charged over $200. Not cool.”

“Very disappointed. The belt strap on the vest snapped the first day I took it out of the box. I contacted customer service right away and have sent three emails with no response. The product quality is poor, and the lack of customer support has been even more frustrating. I would not recommend purchasing from this company.”

“I placed my order but for some reason it was shipped to an address I haven't used in five years. Within 5 minutes of placing the order I had discovered this and tried to contact you to give the correct shipping address. Crickets from your end. Now the package has been 'delivered' and someone else is enjoying my belt. Never again.”

“Purchase the weighted vest never received it took them almost a month . Never sent updates I had to email them to see what was the status on my merch . Just went ahead and canceled my other . Went with a different brand .”

“Order two belts, received only one. Customer service stated the order was split and shipped. It has been over another week and belt has not arrived. Unless belt is delivered or money placed back in my account. They just bought a lifetime worth of bad publicity from me.”
