“Had to return a tactical belt that warms to big. Was told for a week that they hadn't received the original belt. Was told they needed the shipping number. So I sent a picture of the receipt. Was told belt hadn't been delivered back. We i went to the ups and had the package tracked and got the tracking number and gave it to Wolf tactical all of a sudden was told my package was there all along.”

“Communication was poor. my package got damaged while being shipped and I had to ask what happened to get an update. When my package was re-shipped it took over a week to get my entire order. all said and done my order took over 2 weeks to arrive and I was originally estimated 5 days. the best part was you guys asked me to review your customer service before you had fixed my problem.”

“Not happy now I understand why they have been on sale. The inside flap to keep the plates in are same type of Velcro, which does stay secure allowing the plates to fall out….”

“product showed up almost 10 days after ordering and the plates have markings on them as if they were used. The vest was in good shape untill i rested my hand on the should strap when walking and the stiching/material cut my hang open after the first use of this. i do like and enojoy the vest and plates already but there are improvemnts needed so neither of the situations happen again for the next customer.”

“The sling pack is made of a decently heavy denier fabric and I would expect it to last. Unfortunately, they used nylon zippers that started to unravel within a few days. I was able to stop the unraveling by using a soldering iron to melt the ends but I don’t think it’ll last long. There are better options out there for about the same price. If not for the zippers, this bag is about perfect. Tried uploading a picture of the zipper but the site kept freezing.”
