Communication was poor. my package got damaged while being shipped and I had to ask what happened to get an update. When my package was re-shipped it took over a week to get my entire order. all said and done my order took over 2 weeks to arrive and I was originally estimated 5 days.
the best part was you guys asked me to review your customer service before you had fixed my problem.
