Wolfestone tried to increase the cost of our project after the initial project and quote was completely confirmed. They then tried to charge us for extra work that was only necessary due to the fact that an e-mail was not read correctly.
Problems were resolved quickly once our views on the situations were made very clear but there shouldn't have been any issues in the first place.
