This used to be a good company. Now shipping and customer service have gone severely downhill. Items ordered don’t ship until almost a month ... and you can’t cancel your order during that time period. By the time you actually get your order, seasons have changed and you don’t need anymore. Customer service line transfers you endlessly until you finally get disconnected. Live Chat is NEVER available.
