I have not received part of my order. I have contacted customer service via email and phone. I was told that the product was back ordered but I will have it in 5 to 7 business days. I have not received it and the tracking status has not changed. The product is a winter coat.

Poor customer service website totally misleading... Will not honor discount after you sign up with them. They play number games. Buyer beware false advertisement..!!!!

Everytime I have order a bra it is always the wrong size I always have an issue returning something back. I'm getting frustrated women within. I probably won't order anymore

The price has changed faster than my underwear! One of the shirts I actually like to order from them with $7.99 last month and tonight it's on sale for $21.99! What a flipping rip off! They changed the prices all the time and when the prices are higher they offer you $50 off of $100! It's such a scam and the quality is terrible. Customer service is horrifying. I never get anybody that I can understand or that they can understand me. I'm done done stick a fork in me!

Bought 2 pair of pants, with shipping and handling came to $60. They are way too tight around the waist. If I return them I have to pay $12 for return handling and processing and will only be refunded $31. I will lose half of the total cost of these pants! Will NEVER buy from Woman Within again!!!!

I placed an order and it's been in processing for 3 business days which really says alot about this company (prior to ordering it said 5-7 business days to arrive) which obviously won't happen. I contacted company and was told I couldn't cancel because it's processing (makes no sense especially since they lied on shipping...it hasn't been shipped). I will never order from them again. Now I have boots that were over $90.00 Total cost that won't arrived when orginally said. Woman within keep your boots and return my money!!!!

I purchased two pairs of 7 day pants in two colors. I tried one on. My measurements are exactly what they listed for the size on their website. When they arrived the waist was so tight I couldn’t wear them. So I ordered a size up. The waist was still tight! And the length was so much longer. When I went to return them they charged additional money. I lost over half of what I paid for pants that are defective in size by their own chart! Please don’t be taken in by this company.

This is the worst company ever. I bought 2 pair of pants. I received one pair and a 10 pack of underwear that I can't use and don't want. I went online to straighten this out. The want to charge me $11.99 shipping to get my cash back. I tried getting in touch with them online. They asked me for my information then said someone would call me. No one has called me and when I was texting online with them I got a text from the credit card I had used when I bought the items charging me $45. Had to have my card cancelled and getting a new one. What a mess and the made the mistake.

I used to order from Women Within religiously but have not in a year due to health issues. I placed an order recently (sort of recently) on Oct 2nd and still on Nov 29th have not received it!!! I did contact their customer service and their response was to please be patient! I will NEVER order from them again…

Ordered a pair of shoes and they were delivered to the incorrect address. Called customer service and they made me do an affidavit stating that I never received it. Called back and I was told I needed a police report. Why would I need a police report for items not received. This place is a scam. I will never do business with them again!!!! Still no refund.

I received what I ordered on a timely fashion. The quality was as expected. But I used a coupon that said buy $100. Get $50 off. I ordered on the phone. The lady I spoke to was polite and took down the $50 off code. My total with shipping and handling was $76. I just called and they said the $50 code wasn't put in with the order. Case closed! My balance is $153. I asked the rep to take my name off mailing list. I told her I would pay it but I'm not buying from them again. I wasn't mean or nasty fyi. I had bought something last June with a $20 off code. I ordered it on the website. I didn't pursue it thinking maybe I made a mistake.

Unbelievable. Spent nearly a half hour trying to order a shirt and I could BARELY understand the person in the other end. He could tell me why the shipping and handling plus the taxes were more than the shirt!! I told him to cancel the order. I was done.

I only received a partial order after waiting a while for my package. They could not resend the article which meant I would need to reorder and wait again. NOPE! I will not wait any longer for holiday wear and will do my shopping elsewear from now on.

1. I ordered a dress from this company. I was given a 40% off coupon, which did not end up processing when I purchased the item. I called customer service and they said they would apply the discount for me. It did not show up as an adjustment on my credit card, which was confusing. 2. Since the dress was way too big, I wanted to exchange it for a smaller size. The website said it would be handled as a return and a new purchase. No big deal, I’ve dealt with that before. All I usually have to do with other stores is select the item to return, and then select the item I want to exchange for. However, at Woman Within, there was no way to select the item I wanted to exchange for. Just a page saying my return was processed and to please send it back in two weeks. I returned the item, and then I called customer service to find out how the exchange would be handled so I didn't have to pay shipping. I was told to check back in 3-5 business days. Huh? Within that amount of time, I received a letter containing a gift certificate number in the amount of the discount that hadn’t been applied to my first purchase, and another letter with a store credit amount and number to use for the exchange. Naturally, they did not add up to the original amount because they do not refund shipping. I suspect they don’t do true exchanges so they can charge you shipping multiple times. 3. Since I measured the dimensions provided on the website and discovered none of the clothing would fit me well, I looked for an item I could actually use in order to use the gift certificate and store credit. They also offer home and other items. I found a nice blanket for my bed, and with the gift certificates applied, plus the horrendous shipping charge (since it is a “large item”) and tax, the total came to a decent price for the blanket. The blanket arrived, it is exactly what we were looking for, and I was satisfied. My credit card showed I was charged the amount I expected, and I was happy to be done with this company and move on with my life. 4. About a week later, my order finally shipped, and then my credit card showed a new charge: it was the total of the blanket, shipping, and tax without the gift certificate and store credit that had been applied. I called customer service to ask why I had been charged twice, and the agent told me that the first charge was a pre-authorization charge, which will be refunded to my credit card 3-5 business days from the day the order shipped. (It hasn't been.) The second charge was charged the day the order shipped. When I tried to ask questions, like, "Why is the second amount wrong, without the gift cert/store credit?" she kept talking over me and saying something about gift certificates. I finally gave up because she would not let me get a word in edgewise, nor were her explanations helpful. I next sent a message through chat so I could detail the problem and the charges that were made. I am still waiting for a reply, and I am hoping beyond all hope they don’t send me yet more store credit!!! If they do, I am going to dispute the second charge with my credit card. This is not a reputable company that cares about customers. I could have gotten the exact same blanket from J.C. Penney for the same good price without the hassle and the trickery.

I have been ordering from them for years but once they changed from Full Beauty to Onestop Plus it has gone down hill. I ordered two of the same shirts just in different colors but the same size. First they were on back order and took forever to be shipped. Second issue was one was terribly big and oddly shaped the other one was small and cut into my arms. I double check the tags and both of them claimed to be the same size. The return procedure was a nightmare and I still don't feel like I received the correct amount for returns. I ended up paying money with nothing to show for it. Then I tried to payoff and cancel my credit card with them, per my agreement if pay in full by due date then there will be no additional fees. I paid it in full and about 5 days prior to my due date. However, for two months I had an additional charges, $35 each month in interest and finance fees. Called the company to get this waived and my account sent to a $0. balance. They refused to listen to me or waive the fees. I care about my credit so I paid them. Then they sent me a letter saying that they were closing my account out and I my number has been blocked and I could no longer make calls to the company. I have been monitoring my card ever week since- it is at a $0 balance and closed but I don't trust them.

The clothes I ordered were poor quality. I closed the account and paid in full on the same day, and I was a charged a finance charge post closing the account. I don't know how this company stays in.business.

I’ll never order from them again! I have called and I have sent them a message; which has been days and they have not replied! I ordered 3 things, sent back 2 which I had to pay for the shipping, and now, for some reason, a $32 pair of jeans is costing me $74 and no one will explain or correct it! They have lost me as a customer and I will never suggest them to anyone!!

I ordered 2 shirts in July, '24 at a sale price of 2 for 25$. They are delivering them now (November, '25) at full price $34.78. I called and was told that the shirts were no longer eligible for the sale price eventhough the delay was all on their end! It's bait and switch. They deliver late and charge the customer more. I will return shirts when they arrive and never order from them again. BEWARE!!

This is the worse company I have worked with. In August I set up a hardship plan with them and 3 months later they kicked it out and wrote off my account. When I called they said it wasnt set up right and the only way they can change it is if I pay them $190 today. Was in the program for a reason.

The quality of the items has changed. Cheap fabrics inaccurate sizing. It is costly to return items the cost of which is passed on to the consumer. Spend 124.00 and when you return you will get about 91.00 of it back. Explaination for the reduced amount being, that the customer will have to pay for restocking and shipping. They get part of your money and you get nothing. Called customer service about my return they were rude and blith about giving explanation for amount returned.
