Woman Within uses bait and switch promotional tactics. They constantly offer $50 off of $100 purchase and other freebies, BUT, when you try to apply the promotion code they have many tricks to deny it. For example, a lot of the items in the catalogs aren't available until a date 2-3 months in the future, so the promotions don't apply. Even when all the stars align for your discount, frequently the website won't apply it. I've stopped ordering from this company.

Fraudulent Company BEWARE! #1 Ordered two pair of denim pants, same style, same size. When received, one pair was 4"shorter in length and 2" narrower in pant legs. I called customer service to get return instructions. They sent me via email a return label. I returned the pants immediately, I ordered and paid again for another pair to replace defective ones. They not only would not credit me, for the defective pair, they charged me an additional fee for the return!!!!!! #2 My second order, was for 2 pair of their "popular" knit pants. When received, I immediately opened and found one pair had actually been WORN and was STAINED! I again called their customer service dept. They again sent a prepaid return label and I sent both pairs back, the same day as received. I have yet to receive a credit. Their customer service dept. told me they were a US company, although no representatives I've spoken to speak clear English. I had signed up and obtained a Woman Within Credit card account for a special offer. I made a large order with them prior to these previous issues. I still "have not" received the order, however, they did send me a Credit Card bill for the purchase, again, the order has not been received! I will not do further business with this fraudulent company and I will be cancelling their Woman Within Credit card!

Customer service almost non existent. Service people are very limited as to what they can do when an order needs to be changed 5 minutes after it’s placed. Was told there was nothing they could do and to check with bank to see what the status of now three orders is. Awful. Hated to shop here but I needed a certain item.

I've shopped Woman Within for years with very good experiences. Lately I've had issues of coupons they send in the mail not being applied, no response from their customer service department and when trying to view the status of my order on their website, there is no info under my order number for me to review the product etc. I feel like they have gone the way of Blair. They've gone downhill. Don't think I'll order from them again.

I will never order from them again. They kept declining my payment method, I tried a different card and it worked. Turns out there’s charges for all of the failed attempts as well as the one that went through. I contacted them and got very little help. They said the charges will be reversed but how can they collect money for failed transactions. The shoes fit weird too

I placed an order on 1/1. I was suppose to receive by 1/5. By the 15th I received nothing. The post office didn’t receive anything because nothing was shipped. They had already charged my credit card. They refunded my my order except $12.98 for shipping and handling. I understand if I had returned something but nothing was ever shipped. That’s just a plain rip off and wrong.

I've ordered many items from WW for years. Their sizes are inconsistent and for that reason, returns are necessary. But the returns are rather a nightmare. I tried to return a $44.00 nightgown and was told I would get a $9.99 refund. I did not have the order number, but the woman found my order so that wasn't the reason. This business has absolutely outrageous shipping costs and returns, if they give you one that is not a pittance. I only like their pants, but I can easily go elsewhere. PS The first woman I explained my return to listened, and then said "have a nice day" and hung up on me without doing anything. The second told me the refund would be $9.99. I'm finished with this company.

SHIFTY and SHAMELESS! The website will up-charge sale items to the INFLATED original price. I was charged $44.99 for a shirt that was on sale for $19.99. Their reason…because it went on backorder for three months, I was penalized and required to pay more. There are too many other shopping sites. Don’t get screwed by this offshore company.

I SHOULDN'T HAVE TO GIVE THIS ATROCIOUS COMPANY ONE STAR. MORE LIKE -10!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! YOU'LL BE SORRY! I CAN SEE WHY THEY ONLY HAVE A 1.2 RATING. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHATSOEVER!!! I am a senior citizen on a fixed income. Because of that I purchase my Christmas gifts throughout the year so that I get the best deals and all my purchases are paid for before the holiday. I purchased a lot of items this year from this company. Three of the items ended up being, in my opinion, sized wrong. In fact, I purchased two pair of leggings at the same time; one fit my daughter fine. The other one she couldn't even get over her bottom. Had to be at least 2 sizes smaller than marked. An 18/20 cardigan was purchased; a few sizes bigger than my daughter's 14/16 size. She couldn't even get her arms through the sleeves. And don't even ask me about the jeggings. It was comedy hour seeing her try to get into a pair that was 2 sizes bigger than she normally wears and not getting once leg through. Those are the items that I wanted to return - just for size. I wasn't asking for any money back - just the same thing in larger sizes. But because I was thrifty and made purchases throughout the year - I was told that none of my items could be returned because of a 60 day return policy. Even though I told the reps they were Christmas gifts when I bought them and a rep the day after Christmas told me I could exchange for size. No refunds; exchange only. I was OK with that. But either that rep was lying, all the prior reps were lying, or they were just all incompetent, because today I was told NO! Their "SYSTEM" couldn't handle the returns. Convenient! I asked to speak to a supervisor but amazingly, none were available. Again, how convenient! MY QUESTION WAS - WHAT ARE YOU LOSING EXCHANGING FOR SIZE? ANSWER - ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. So go ahead, let your "system" determine your customer service/customer relations rather than plain common sense. You'll pay on your bottom line in the end.

Woman within is NOT transparent on their return policy. They say on their web site that you can return items for a refund but they do not tell you the whole truth on return fees. I ordered 2 pair of pants from them and they did not fit right. I decided to just return them, I did not want an exchange I just wanted my money back but when I started the return process I discovered that there was a restocking fee which amounted to half of my purchase price. Then there was the return shipping fee which would have resulted in approx the other half of the purchase price. I ended up not returning and gave the pants to a thrift store but I will NEVER shop with Woman within again. They send me magazines and they go straight to the trash. I won't even look at them. The quality of their clothing Is not that great either.

If I could give this company less than a 1 star review I would. I returned 3 different orders in September because they were shipped in the wrong sizes all 3 times. I had proof of the returns and still got charged for the original order. I can't get it straightened out because no one I have talked to understands or speaks english. They refuse to give me a refund. They told me that my original payment was returned which is untrue. They have literally stolen $150.00 from me. Save yourselves. Do not order from this company.

I got my order today. Ordered 3 nightgowns because they were supposed to come with matching slippers. The slippers didn’t come. I called them and they basically told me tough luck. Won’t be buying from again. Worst customer service

I had to call to exchange an item. The customer service rep was hard to understand. She was patient, but the hard sell they make them do, really made me angry. I told her to stop trying to sell me more items. She then was trying to get me to sign up for loyalty program. Then she tried to get me to sign up for their credit card. I was so upset. She finally did my exchange. A simple call to do an exchange took over 20 minutes. That is ridiculous. Too bad I didn't get her name.

Horrible...my package was delivered to another address..they said it was my address..I have spent the last 6 months trying to tell the they were wrong...bottom line I haven't received my package nor my money...NEVER EVER BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE...THEY WILL ACCUSE YOU OF LYING..CHEATING AND TRYING TO SCAM THIS BIG COMPANY OF 78.00..SHAMEFUL

DO not do business with this "company". My order was sent to a different address so I never received it. The agent gave me an address that does not exist in my town. Their agents can barely speak English. Yet, they had my correct address to charge my credit card. I had to put a freeze on it & have spent several hours, multiple phone call trying to resolve this. Also, I was not given a confirmation number. this was an ad that came with coupons, source unknown.

I have been getting their catalogs for over a decade. I swear they are selling the same clothes they sold back in 2012. Wow, yes their clothes fit and are usually true to size, it’s the same old tired pieces I keep seeing in their catalogs. Switch it up a little more often and give us something with style that we might want to wear.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!! I placed an order for a gift certificate for a relative on 7/31/2025. They still can’t provide me a tracking number, or method of shipment. I FILED A BBB COMPLAINT AGAINST THEM TODAY.

The product was sized way too big i ordered 4 pants and 4 shirts but they were too big and the quality was down from what I was accustomed to they seemed to be low quality I should have figured it out by the prices Too good to be true Disappointed to say the least and too much trouble to send it back

I bought a pr. of shoes for my granddaughter in Dec. 2024. Didn’t receive them for about 3 months and I unknowingly clicked on something when making that order, which they have been consistently charging me every month since. Will never do business with this company again. Beware!!
