“I placed an order on 1/1. I was suppose to receive by 1/5. By the 15th I received nothing. The post office didn’t receive anything because nothing was shipped. They had already charged my credit card. They refunded my my order except $12.98 for shipping and handling. I understand if I had returned something but nothing was ever shipped. That’s just a plain rip off and wrong.”
“I've ordered many items from WW for years. Their sizes are inconsistent and for that reason, returns are necessary. But the returns are rather a nightmare. I tried to return a $44.00 nightgown and was told I would get a $9.99 refund. I did not have the order number, but the woman found my order so that wasn't the reason.
This business has absolutely outrageous shipping costs and returns, if they give you one that is not a pittance. I only like their pants, but I can easily go elsewhere.
PS The first woman I explained my return to listened, and then said "have a nice day" and hung up on me without doing anything. The second told me the refund would be $9.99.

The website will up-charge sale items to the INFLATED original price. I was charged $44.99 for a shirt that was on sale for $19.99. Their reason…because it went on backorder for three months, I was penalized and required to pay more. There are too many other shopping sites. Don’t get screwed by this offshore company.”

I am a senior citizen on a fixed income. Because of that I purchase my Christmas gifts throughout the year so that I get the best deals and all my purchases are paid for before the holiday.
I purchased a lot of items this year from this company. Three of the items ended up being, in my opinion, sized wrong. In fact, I purchased two pair of leggings at the same time; one fit my daughter fine. The other one she couldn't even get over her bottom. Had to be at least 2 sizes smaller than marked. An 18/20 cardigan was purchased; a few sizes bigger than my daughter's 14/16 size. She couldn't even get her arms through the sleeves. And don't even ask me about the jeggings. It was comedy hour seeing her try to get into a pair that was 2 sizes bigger than she normally wears and not getting once leg through. Those are the items that I wanted to return - just for size. I wasn't asking for any money back - just the same thing in larger sizes. But because I was thrifty and made purchases throughout the year - I was told that none of my items could be returned because of a 60 day return policy. Even though I told the reps they were Christmas gifts when I bought them and a rep the day after Christmas told me I could exchange for size. No refunds; exchange only. I was OK with that. But either that rep was lying, all the prior reps were lying, or they were just all incompetent, because today I was told NO! Their "SYSTEM" couldn't handle the returns. Convenient! I asked to speak to a supervisor but amazingly, none were available. Again, how convenient!
MY QUESTION WAS - WHAT ARE YOU LOSING EXCHANGING FOR SIZE? ANSWER - ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. So go ahead, let your "system" determine your customer service/customer relations rather than plain common sense. You'll pay on your bottom line in the end.”
“Woman within is NOT transparent on their return policy.
They say on their web site that you can return items for a refund
but they do not tell you the whole truth on return fees.
I ordered 2 pair of pants from them and they did not fit right.
I decided to just return them, I did not want an exchange I just
wanted my money back but when I started the return process
I discovered that there was a restocking fee which amounted to half
of my purchase price. Then there was the return shipping fee which
would have resulted in approx the other half of the purchase price.
I ended up not returning and gave the pants to a thrift store but I will
NEVER shop with Woman within again. They send me magazines and they
go straight to the trash. I won't even look at them. The quality of their clothing
Is not that great either.”
“If I could give this company less than a 1 star review I would. I returned 3 different orders in September because they were shipped in the wrong sizes all 3 times. I had proof of the returns and still got charged for the original order. I can't get it straightened out because no one I have talked to understands or speaks english. They refuse to give me a refund. They told me that my original payment was returned which is untrue. They have literally stolen $150.00 from me.

“I had to call to exchange an item. The customer service rep was hard to understand. She was patient, but the hard sell they make them do, really made me angry. I told her to stop trying to sell me more items. She then was trying to get me to sign up for loyalty program. Then she tried to get me to sign up for their credit card. I was so upset. She finally did my exchange. A simple call to do an exchange took over 20 minutes. That is ridiculous. Too bad I didn't get her name.”

“I have several issues with Woman Within- online. First of all, I was given a line of credit a year ago, but I never received anything,and no information about my credit... but it did effect my credit report!
So I called and cancelled everything!
In July, I placed an order online, and was under the impression that I would get an email notification when my order ships..as my order had stated!! The funds were taken out of my account, but I did not receive any email that my order had shipped,or when to expect it. Called customer service today, and found out -apparently they had a wrong email address for me, and according to THEIR FedEx delivery verification, it was delivered to the wrong address! Now I am waiting for customer service to send me an affidavit for a "possible refund?!!" I also have 2 items left which are on back order, so I called back to cancel it, because I don't want to experience another episode of this all over again! I did not get the lady's name that took my call about cancelling my order,but her attitude was very unprofessional,and uncalled for!
She was very rude by talking over me, and not listening . I told her that I have a right to ask questions about cancelling my order and getting a refund for the lost items that were apparently sent to someone else!!

“Do not order from Women Within. I had a family emergency. As soon as I Heard that I was needed for a family which was just diagnosed with cancer. I contacted Customer Services by email and explained I was not going to be at the address. They sent back to me they will not cancel the order. They did not care what I had say. I finally called customer Service and I spoke to 5 different people and they said they understood situation I was in and would cancel since it was not due to be sent out until September. These people are liars. Now I have to worry that the package will not be there when I get back to the address. Do Not Order From Women Within.”
“I placed my first ever order and ordered my true size for a shirt I had it shipped to Canada. The shirt arrived and it looks like a tent being at least three sizes too large there is no way to exchange internationally. I cannot submit an email to customer service internationally so now they want me to pay to ship the shirt back and re-order the shirt at a higher price as it’s no longer on sale and pay to ship it back to
me. The sale price of the shirt was $16. The shipping to Canada was almost 20 this is a horrible company for returns and customer service. Unfortunately I have a second order coming that I now know will be way too large. I will have no choice, but to throw away these clothing as the return shipping fee will be more than the original cost of the clothing.”
