I returned items, they never notified me of a gift card I never received and why was it not credited to my Woman Within Comenity credit card it was purchased with? I made two minimum payments on time even though you my statement showed no return. When contacted four weeks after I sent the return they had no record of it but when i called six weeks and 2nd minimum payment I was told it was processed 13 days after I returned. Meanwhile they are charging a monthly interest charge on a balance I shouldn't have. And to make matters worse you can't talk to anyone and when you do they just connect to the same number you called to finally speak with them.
