Falsely advertise discounts. If a discounted item is back ordered you do not get the discount and are charged full price.
Customer service people are rude and disrespectful. With this company the customer is always wrong. After being a loyal customer for years I canceled my account due to this and being charged a late fee on a 0 balance account.
