Back in Oct. 2021 I ordered a robe and never received it. On 11.24 I spoke once again to a customer service man and he said he would credit my card for the amount since it has been so long. This has happened several times with your company with exceedingly long ship times over the years.The costomer service man was very flippant with me when I told him how unhappy I was with your service. I am done with your company and will post my tales of horror wherever I can.
