You are not sorry to hear anything. Cheating customers and saying you care is oxymoron.Remember God is watching you cheat all of these people. Should be ashamed of your self. I learned my lesson on first order. I will so my part to spread the word. Sent out emails to fall of my clients. Also throwing all catalogs that come in my clients mail.
