Some of the worst customer service I've ever encountered. Most of the items I've purchased have been very nice, but the occasional defective or substandard item is cause for much wrangling and numerous calls to deal with the problem. And God forbid you ask for a price adjustment because you bought from online choices and forgot to enter the catalogue number instead. As someone who worked retail for many years, I know that a good company will do its best to accommodate a customer. That's just good business and creates repeat customers. But Woman Within is not such a company. I'm done with WW and all of its brands and have asked not to have any more catalogues sent to me, saving not just a tree but an entire forest, considering all the materials they inundate me with. And I will most happily buy elsewhere.
