Would give this zero stars if I could. My sister-in-law went an extended period of time not receiving any bills. When she called the company, she was told she didn't owe anything. This past weekend, collections called my sister saying my sister-in-law had an outstanding balance and around $400 in late fees. When we inquired, we found out they had not included the apartment no. on her address. Today, after spending an hour being shuttled back and forth and being on hold, collections told us they would waive $160 of the late fee, but that would be it. This company goes after an 80 plus year old woman for their own billing errors. DON'T BUY FROM WOMAN WITHIN!
