I ordered $250 dollars worth of merchandise two years ago from Woman Within. . When the clothing items arrived they were super large so I returned all the items in its original packaging by smart returns .I received a notice by email that my shipment had been received. A week later, I got a bill for $40dollars stating that owed shipping and handling in those returned items. I started getting harassing phone calls daily I disputed this charge by phone and written letter because all items were returned in perfect condition. Now I’m getting letters from multiple collection agencies stating that I owe $494.00 dollars. .This is a .fraud company and I will be filing a complaint with the BBB . This could Cimmity Bank company needs to be investigated .
