Shipping is so expensive. When you use a coupon the shipping gets inflated. Too much for shipping and if you choose to return something, they subtract return shipping costs. They may call it a restocking fee. Example, I bought a dress @ $25. I chose to return it because the fabric was horrible. I paid $25 + tax + $7.99 shipping. Roughly, $35 all in. When I returned it through their Happy Returns system I got About $14 back - so less than %50 back on a return. Shame Sham no thank you mam.
