The return process is ridiculous! Because the loss of package is 20 days you WILL NOT be issued a refund until those days have passed. Calling them is a waste of time. I finally chatted and she claimed I would now get a refund…if it does show by chance…they will take the money out of your account again. And then the return process will start again. I had it expressed shipped which made it worse. They didn’t even want to refund the express ship part because they said I didn’t order it express!!!! What a joke. What worthless company in my opinion. DONT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
