Very questionable company.
Made a one time purchase on my husband’s credit card. 10 months after he’s asking me who’s Womens Within and why are they charging us $18 a month.
I called the general costumer service to get a refund because I did not agree to a membership or recall receiving any info on that. The first customer service representative gave me a number to call, which she confirmed when I repeated it back. However, the number turned out to be non-existent. When I called again, I was given a different number and told they were closed for the day and to try again tomorrow. Despite this, I called anyway and managed to reach someone who provided yet another number, stating it was available 24/7. I am now in the process of receiving a refund for 10 months. The whole process just felt very shady and will not be using their services ever again
