I placed an order last night. Tried to apply my gift card, it didn't take. Immediately sent a request to get assistance. Received response this morning that since it was placed on line I would have to cancel it and reorder to get gift card applied. Called to speak with someone. Could not cancel order because it was already being processed, which is rediculouse because it will take 3-4 weeks for me to get my items.
