The customer service is horrible period I spent over an hour on the phone. Trying to get information about opening a credit card and what the interest rates would be and I got, I had to call 5 times and I got transferred 7 times and they just send you rounded circles. They say they don't know that however, Romans, JC Penney's target Walmart, they held. Other interest rate and I asked the top supervisor why didn't they tell me at the beginning because I started out customer service and got transferred 5 × 6 × 2 them and then I got back to customer service. And I don't think the integrity of their customer service is very good because they really don't care.They just pass you round and round
