OMG - have had an account in good standing for almost 25 years. Now they can't FIND my account and have no record of ANY orders. Don't try to call -- all CSRs are in India somewhere, barely speak English, and don't seem to know anything about anything. I'm out several hundred bucks for merch I returned and didn't get credit for. AVOID THIS COMPANY. YOU';LL BE SORRY IF YOU DON'T
