I ordered a gift for my friend for Christmas on Dec 11 '24 and it wasn't even processed until the 16th . I called to check the status and was told that they were sending it to me ,not to her , after having explicitly requesting it go to her.. Then when I called again the week befoe Christmas because it hadn't come they said it could take more than 2 weeks to get a simple gift card to it's destination. When I called today ,jan 2 , I was told it had been cancelled by the last associate I spoke with. But this girl was REcancelling it and I should expect my card to be reimbursed in about 5 days. This has been a circus and that's a shame because I have ordered a few things for myself before and found the quality quite good. But that's it, no more. I question whether I'll be credited or not. What awful customer service!
