If I could give no stars I would!!!! I placed an order on 9/9/24. The item, as of today, 1/10/25, is still on back order. Every time I call I get a new delivery date. Today I canceled the order because I am done with this whole fiasco and their customer service representative yelled at me when I asked about my refund. Nothing they sell is worth this aggravation. Why don't they keep their inventory updated so that you can't order something not in stock? They do NOT care about customers or making them happy. They honestly seem to think that 4 months on backorder for a pair of white Capri pants is appropriate. I bought them in fall..it's now winter. I will NEVER EVER shop this, or affiliated companies (Avenue) again.
