I applied the correct code advertised on their site to get 20% off - and the discount did not appear at checkout. I was charged full price. I wrote to them. They wrote back the usual fluffy "Your satisfaction remains our top priority" rigmarole, They would not make up the difference, insisting that instead I should apply the code to ANOTHER purchase from them. The emails went back and forth. Their customer service is all froth, no substance. It's a lousy company,
