Thought I’d give them a try as I am always receiving their catalogs in the mail. I was sent the wrong size on one of the three items that I ordered. They advertise “easy returns” so I was shocked to find out from their customer service reps that they don’t do exchanges even when it was their mistake. You have to return the item, have the return approved, and then reorder it. They now use a return drop off service and the nearest one to me is almost 20 miles away. Customer service was like talking to a computer. I called twice and both times it was like talking to a robot even though it was a person. They just repeat a canned speech over and over and do not listen to what you are asking. Very frustrating and definitely NOT easy. I will never buy from them again and I will be sure and share my experience with everyone I know. I do not recommend this company.
