My mom ordered a blouse and sweater for a special event. She paid extra to expedite the order and was told she would have it Friday, then Monday. Tomorrow is the event (Tuesday) and now they are saying it will be here Wednesday. The order can't be cancelled because it was already shipped and due to COVID-19 cannot be returned. Very disappointed!
