The books are great quality and make a special personalized gift. I love that you can write your own dedication in them, and are able to preview your book before buying. I've ordered 4 different books over the last few years as gifts. The most recent one must have been lost in the mail, and I didn't order tracking. After waiting a month past the expected arrival date, I emailed the company and am extremely satisfied with the service I received. After confirming my address, they were quick to make a new book and have it sent to me, express shipping, at no additional cost! It arrived this morning :)
